Principal Accountabilities
- Must be able to rotate all positions:
Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler and Spice Room. Set up machines, weigh, grinding, chopper, mixing, scales and to drive a jack. Set up and tear down equipment. - Cross-trained within department as needed
- Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties
- Also requires lifting, stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and recording weights from scales
- Ability to operate the IPFS syste
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Work on the production line as needed
- Ability to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product
- Ability to read specs
- Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Effective communication skills. Able to speak and write English
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred ability to communicate in Spanish
- Ability to operate IPFS and SAP systems
