A qualified person would possess the following:
Fluent in use of a computer and smart devices.
Enjoy speaking to customers on the phone or in-person in a high-volume setting.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Desire to continuously learn new skills and methods as industry standards and changes occur.
Be teachable.
Ability to learn, retain/recall and perform detailed instructions and procedures.
Keyboarding speed of 50
wpm.
Able to do basic math calculations, including tax, markups and discounts.
Punctuality and professionalism required.
Knowledge of / experience using Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Knowledge of surrounding areas to enhance scheduling service appointments.
Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime as required.
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and good driving record to drive company vehicles.
Ability to pass mandatory criminal background and drug screenings.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
